The First Thanksgiving

Wednesday, we talked about how Squanto helped the pilgrims get through the first hard winter by teaching them how to live off the land. We looked at pictures of Indian corn and noticed how different it looks compared to corn on the cob. We fingerpainted corn cutouts with red, yellow, orange and brown paint.
