Thanksgiving

We read "The Firefighters' Thanksgiving" and talked about how some people have to work no matter what day it is... Thanksgiving, Christmas... the firefighters in the book were trying to cook a Thanksgiving dinner but calls kept coming in and it never happened, but they did finally get a Thanksgiving dinner thanks to some nice people... the kiddos thought maybe it was from all of the families that they helped that night ❤
Continuing our theme of painting with things other than paintbrushes, today we painted with potato mashers and a few other kitchen utensils. Also... today is PLA's 6th Anniversary! Happy Anniversary to us! I am thankful I get to do what I love and thankful to all of you who support me and believe in the power of PLAY!!
