Valentine's Day - Hearts

Tuesday, we experimented with baking soda and vinegar... one of our favorite things!! We called this one fizzy hearts. The night before I mixed baking soda with a little water and food coloring and pushed the mixture into a cookie cutter to mold into a heart shape. This was harder than I thought it would be and I ended up with a few broken hearts :( but the kiddos didn't mind. We then used pipettes to squeeze vinegar on the hearts.
